2 c. apples, grated
3/4 c. margarine, softened
3/4 c. granulated sugar
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1 egg, beaten
1 tbsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1 pie crust, unbaked
Prepare pie crust as directed on package. Put grated apples into the crust. Mix the remaining ingredients together and pour over the apples. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
