Homemade Baileys Irish Cream Recipe Goes Jamaican

Jean La Rue
Wow the guests at your next dinner party by serving them your homemade version of Baileys Irish Cream liqueur with a Carribean twist. This recipe substitutes golden Jamaican rum in place of Irish whiskey for a smoother, more mellow flavor. It's easy and inexpensive - about 1/3 the cost of retail. Mix a shot with 8 oz. of your best coffee and top with whipped cream or serve over ice in a rocks glass for a delightful after-dinner drink. Your guests are sure to ask for the recipe.
