Chicken Casserole
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
½ cup sour cream
½ cup milk
½ cup butter
1 package instant stuffing or seasoned croutons
4 Swiss cheese slices
How to Make:
Place chicken breasts in a greased casserole dish (9x13 typically).
Cover each chicken breast with a slice of Swiss cheese.
In a separate bowl mix together 2 cans cream of chicken soup, ½ cup sour cream, and ½ cup milk.
Prepare stuffing as directed on package, and melt ½ cup butter to mix with stuffing.
Spread stuffing mixture over the top of and around the chicken breasts.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1½ hours covered and an additional ½ hour uncovered.
Chicken and Broccoli Casserole
Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts or 1 fully roasted 'Wonder-Roast' chicken
1 box stove top stuffing
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of broccoli soup
1 package frozen broccoli
1 (8 oz) package shredded cheddar cheese
Salt
Pepper
How to Make:
Cut chicken breasts into small chunks and cook until fully done, or remove chicken from bones of fully roasted Wonder-Roast chicken.
In a separate bowl make stuffing according to directions on box/package.
In a skillet, mix together the cream of mushroom soup, cream of chicken soup, and cream of broccoli soup.
Bring soup to slight boil.
Add broccoli to soup and simmer until broccoli is tender (broccoli can be precooked in microwave to save time).
Add chicken breast chunks to soup and broccoli mix.
Add shredded Cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, cheese will be fully melted when done.
Chicken Cordon Blue Casserole
Ingredients:
4 skinless/boneless chicken breasts
8 thin ham slices
8 Swiss cheese slices
3 cans cream of chicken soup
1 cup milk
1 cup butter (melted)
5 cups stuffing mix
How to Make:
Place chicken breasts in 9x12 inch pan.
Lay thin ham slices over chicken breasts.
Lay Swiss cheese slices over ham and chicken breasts.
Spoon all 3 cans of cream of chicken soup over the Swiss cheese slices.
In a separate bowl mix milk, melted butter, and stuffing mix.
Spread stuffing mix on top of the chicken breasts.Bake at 325 degrees for 1½ hours.
