Need some fresh ideas for Christmas party decorations? Here you will find four easy, unique, and homemade Christmas party decorations that are sure to set the mood for a magical holiday celebration. Feel free to combine all these tips to create a spectacular and festive atmosphere.

Doorway Ribbons - You will need an assortment of Christmas themed ribbons . Red, gold, green, or whatever color scheme you are going with for your Christmas party decorations. Simply outline all doorways and windows with the Christmas ribbons using double sided tape. How easy it that! In minutes and for pennies you have created a unique Christmas decor.

Christmas Ornament Candle Holders - Decide on the theme for your Christmas party decorations. At your local dollar store pick up a few bags of shiny Christmas ornaments in keeping with your Christmas party decorations and, depending on how many candles you wish to set out, grab some 3x3 or 3x6 Christmas inspired pillar candles. You will also need an adhesive to stick the Christmas ornaments together with, my preference being a hot glue gun. Simply glue the Christmas ornaments together in a circular shape and place the candles in the center. For an added touch use some of the left over Christmas ornaments as Christmas tree decorations. Light the candles and watch as your guests eyes light up with your homemade Christmas decorations.

Christmas Bows Galore - This is a very simple yet effective Christmas party decorating idea. For a few dollars you can purchase tons of small Christmas bows. I prefer the small red Christmas bows. Attach these Christmas bows anywhere and everywhere. On doorhandles, corners of picture frames, around the base of candles, around any knick knacks, well you get the idea. Every where you look you should see Christmas bows! To pull your Christmas party decorations together you can even use these Christmas bows on your tree as Christmas ornaments!

Christmas Lights - Nothing says Christmas quite the way twinkling Christmas lights do. Another great and effective homemade Christmas party decoration is to place a set or two of Christmas lights in a specific area in your Christmas party room. On top of a mantle, entertainment center, or any other flat wide surface is perfect. Use some Christmas garland along with your Christmas lights to conceal the wires, scatter some Christmas ornaments amongst the lights and garland for added interest, and instantly create a magical area in your Christmas party room.

Well here you have several ideas for homemade, easy, and unique Christmas party decorations. One final tip, when creating your Christmas party decorations it is always a good idea to think about your theme before jumping into decorating for your Christmas party. Happy Christmas party decorating!
