Homemade Goulash: Quick, Easy and Gluten Free

Are you looking for something that is quick and easy? Simple and makes little mess? This recipe has it all, including a great taste that will have your friends begging for the recipe. Only three ingredients required and can be made in less than 15 minutes if you remember to thaw your meat! So go ahead, try it out, and remember for large parties, just double the recipe!

Homemade Goulash

Ingredients:
1 pound of hamburger meat
1 box of macaroni noodles (gluten free noodles optional)
2 cans of tomato sauce
Onions and Bell Peppers (optional)
Salt & Pepper

Directions:
If you desire onions or peppers to be added to your dish then take out a pan and saute the onions and green bell peppers first.

Then, in the same pan, brown the hamburger meat.

Fill a separate pot with water, turn nob to high and begin to boil the water. When water begins to boil, add noodles and turn knob to low heat and wait for 6-8 minutes before draining noodles into a strainer.

Add the noodles to the meat and put the 2 cans of tomato sauce in with the meat and stir.

Season with salt and pepper to taste. If you opted for the onions and peppers, add them now.

Leave goulash in the pot or pour into serving bowl and place on table. Eat and enjoy!
