Directions for Homemade Granola for Gift-Giving
1
Mix the first 5 ingredients together in a large bowl. Stir to combine well. Add the cinnamon.2
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the mixture in the bowl. Stir well to incorporate the milk completely through the ingredients.3
Pour the granola mixture into a buttered roasting pan. Cover with aluminum foil.4
Place the granola in a medium oven (350 degrees F) and set the timer for 30 minutes.5
Remove the foil and stir the granola after 30 minutes. Allow the granola to bake an additional 10 minutes without the foil.6
Remove the granola from the oven and allow it to cool. Stir occasionally to keep moisture from forming while the granola cools.7
Store the granola in an airtight container. Package into individual jars or containers for gift-giving.- Grandma's Christmas Fudge Recipe
