When my skin is dry and my body aches, my favorite, homemade bath syrup to make is a honey vanilla one. Homemade honey vanilla bath syrup contains antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, natural moisturizers and anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, anti-bacterial and anti-inflammatory properties in it. These nutrients and properties help nourish and pamper the body and skin from head to toe naturally.
The natural organic ingredients needed to make the honey vanilla bath syrup are 3 cups of organic honey, 1 cups of vanilla extract and ½ cup of almond oil. These ingredients can be found at any whole food store, herbal shop and grocery store. All ingredients are affordable, but I do stress they be in their purest form in order for them to contain the proper nutrients and medicinal properties.
Now the materials you will need to make this bath syrup are a clean mason and a small mixing spoon. You should easily be able to find these ingredients in any dollar store, hardware store and kitchen shop. Heck, the grocery store and some department stores even carry these materials if you do not already have them on hand.
The easiest and best way to make the homemade honey vanilla bath syrup is by pouring the honey, vanilla extract and almond oil into the mason jar. Next, combine the ingredients together with the small mixing spoon until you get a slightly thick golden yellowish syrup. After, you will have homemade honey vanilla bath syrup too place next to the bathtub and use whenever you want to take a relaxing pampering bath.
Now the best way to make a relaxing pampering bath with the bath syrup is by filling up the bathtub with plenty of warm water. Then all you do is pour 1 cup of the bath syrup into the bathwater and allow it to dissolve. Next, get into the bath and soak for as long as needed to soften skin and relieve the aches and pains in the body naturally. You may use this homemade honey vanilla bath syrup as often as needed to keep the body and skin pampered. I personally use it a few times week and take hour-long baths.
I wish you all of you who make this honey vanilla bath syrup and easy time making it, and I hope those of you who use it enjoy how well it pampers and relaxes the body and skin naturally. I wish you all the best with being well.
