Pumpkin Spice Cocoa

What do you get when you add the flavors of fall to traditional hot cocoa? Pumpkin Spice Cocoa of course. You can't go wrong with a warm, creamy cup of cocoa spiced to perfection with the seasonal flavors of pumpkin. A great and simple recipe to use is as follows:

Pumpkin Spice Cocoa

1 Tablespoon Sugar

½ Lb. Dark Chocolate Chunks

6 Cup Milk

1 ½ Cup Instant Caffeinated or Decaffeinated Coffee

1 ½ Teaspoon Pumpkin Spice

Whipped Cream

Cinnamon

Heat milk over medium-high heat until it is almost boiling. Next, turn off heat, and add chocolate chunks until melted thoroughly. Add in the pumpkin spice and instant coffee and stir. After you pour the cocoa in the mugs, you can add a layer of whipped cream on top and lightly sprinkle cinnamon on top.
