When our body and skin needs rejuvenating, we tend to go to the drugstore and pick up a body mask treatment. Well, I do not. Instead, I like to make my own homemade rejuvenating deep moisturizing body mask. It is made with all over ingredients and it really helps make my body and skin look and feel amazing.
The natural ingredients I like to use in my homemade rejuvenating deep moisturizing body mask are 1 pureed papaya, '½ cup of cocoa butter, '½ cup of Shea butter, '¼ cup of aloe juice, 1 pureed avocado, 2 cups of English or green clay powder, 1 tablespoon of grapeseed oil and '½ cup of the finest cocoa powder. These ingredients should be all organic so they contain the most potent nutrients in them. The reason I use these ingredients is because they contain antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and moisturizers that help nourish, rejuvenate, soothe and repair the skin and body naturally by pulling toxins and impurities out of the skin and body.
The way to make the homemade deep moisturizing body mask is by pouring all the organic ingredients into a puree machine and pureeing them together until you get a really thick creamy deep colored body mask. If you find the mask is too runny, add more cocoa powder to help thicken it up. If you find the mask is to thick add more aloe juice until you get the texture you like, but keep in mind the thicker the body mask is the better it will stay on your body.
The first thing you should do before applying the homemade body mask you should get into the shower and exfoliate your skin well with a body scrub to help scrub off all the dead skin cells. When you do this, the body mask will soak into your skin and body better so it is able to rejuvenate and nourish well. Once you are all exfoliated stay in the shower or bath and apply handfuls of the body mask all over your skin from head to toe in nice thick even layers. Once the mask is on keep it on for as long as you can and remember to stay in the bathroom while the mask is on so you do not get it all over the house. The mask will feel soothing, hydrating and purifying when it is on.
When your ready to take the homemade rejuvenating deep moisturizing body mask all you do is get into the shower or bath if you arent already and rinse down with plenty of warm water for 5 to 7 minutes. Once the mask is off get out and pat the skin dry and apply a deep moisturizing body cream for further moisturizing and nourishing. After your skin and body will be toned, firmed up, softened, free from most impurities and detoxified. You can use this body mask up to 4 times per month to help keep the body and skin looking and feeling its best naturally.
