Homemade Spaghetti Dinner for Dogs

Darlene Michaud
Here is a spaghetti dinner for your dog... and for you too!

Ingredient list to make Spaghetti Dinner for dogs:

1+1/2 lbs ground beef
1 can tomato sauce (no salt)
1/2 can olives
1 small can mushrooms
Spices to taste
2-3 cups frozen vegetables (broccoli, carrots, cauliflower)
2 teaspoons olive oil
Spaghetti

Boil water with olive oil added to the water. Add noodles when boiling.

Brown meat with desired seasonings. Add tomato sauce, mushrooms and cut up olives.

Add frozen vegetables to the meat mixture, turn down heat to low and let the vegetables heat up. You can add a bit of water if needed.

Top the pasta with the sauce and serve when it's cool enough for your dog to eat it.

Warning: If you have doubts about feeding this recipe to your dog, you should ask your veterinarian to be on the safe side. Your vet will most likely tell you this recipe is fine as a special treat. However, you should not feed your dog only human food. Dogs need certain vitamins in their diet. You must consult your veterinarian if you plan on feeding your dog only homemade food.
