Homemade Taco Seasoning
This recipe for homemade taco seasoning is inexpensive and easy to make. It features chili powder, cumin, and other great spices that give tacos a wonderful flavor.

1 TBSP Flour
1 TBSP Onion powder
1 Tsp Seasoned Salt
3 1/2 tsp Chili powder
1/2 tsp Crushed, dried red pepper
1/2 tsp Ground cumin
1/2 tsp Sugar
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Directions for Homemade Taco Seasoning

Mix ingredients well, and store in an airtight container. Add as desired to tacos while browning the meat, or use as a seasoning in Mexican Munchies Party Mix.* Makes about 4 TBSP.2

My mom started making this taco seasoning in 1986 and the recipe is posted with her permission. It works great with tacos and is also wonderful as the seasoning in Mexican Munchies Party Mix.*
