This is a simple homemade recipe for a Valentines cheesecake

Ingredients

2 tbs sugar
11 graham crackers
1/4 cup butter
2 eggs
4 packages cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
1/2 cup flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tsp vanilla extract

Directions for Homemade Valentines Cheesecake

Set aside the graham crackers, butter and 2 tablespoons of sugar. This is going to be your crust. Go ahead and mix these three ingredients until you have a smooth crust.

Next, press the crust onto the botom of your cake pan. Set aside.

In a large bowl add all your other ingredients. Mix them until they are real smooth. Add the mixture on the top of the crust. Put in the oven and bake. After the cheesecake is fully baked, take it out and let it cool. After the cake is fully cooled add strawberries, chocolate kisses and Valentines hearts.
