Honey Badger and His Reputation

He Doesn't Give a Crap!

Honey Badger has been brought to recent popularity from its YouTube video featuring graphic commentary that shows the awesomeness of Honey Badger!

Honey Badger doesn't give a crap! Honey Badger takes cobra venom! Honey Badger just shrugs a shoulder and walks away. What's the significance of Honey Badger? It's here to teach us that we can stand up for ourselves, we can even get up from seemingly deadly situations and walk away unscathed; overcoming the biggest challenges, and taking another step in life.

Honey Badger preaches truth, pride, willingness, and self-motivation. We could all learn a little bit from Honey Badger. We can realize how to stand up for ourselves, how to grasp the opportunities at life that we are presented. Changing our perspective of the world.

"We're the best!" We shall chant as we march forward, one pace at a time. life goes by too quickly, insanely too quickly, and we should take control of the present before we get to watch it go. This is more than simply a comical video of a mammal; this is life.

Sirs' and Madams', you may think that this is a joke and that I'm simply trying to piece together two things that have nothing in common, but simply take a second to look at another perspective of the situation. The Honey Badger is courage, resilience, survival, and life.

We often times spend entirely too much time living in the past; letting our regrets get in the way of our many accomplishments throughout life. This could actually cause us to miss many victories that we are MOST deserving of throughout our time.

So how many do you think you missed? You know, opportunities. How many life changes could have came about, but you were too scared to go after them? They become the regrets in life that make up a portion of your past. What do you do? Where do you go from there? Look at the Honey Badger, He roams life conquering his many atmospheres, landscapes, and enemies. He adapts.

We can adapt. Nothing in life keeps us from changing except fear. Somewhere I heard an acronym of that, "fear".

False
Evidence
Appearing
Real

We must give many props for this saying. As most fear we put into our own heads is just a vision of how we expected the certain situation to go. It's false evidence that has never become real. How many wo/men have walked out of your life within that split second you had met them. Those eye glances without a follow up, the smiles that were never progressed toward,

Even if it isn't love- a missed job opportunity, a missed chance to meet a new friend, or even a missed home cooked meal. The latter can often be considered one of the worst.

So how do we teach ourselves to be more like the Honey Badger? Will power- believe in yourself. Believe you can do whatever you want; just like the Honey Badger, though, keep a thick skin and watch out for those trying to bring you down!
