Ingredients
* Cooking spray
* 1 1/2 tbsp light mayonnaise
* 1 1/2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
* 1 tbsp honey
* 1 1/2 tbsp sesame seeds
* 3/4 tsp olive oil
* 3/4 tsp dried oregano
* 1 medium garlic clove minced
* 4 skinless salmon fillets (about 4 ounces each) rinsed and patted dry
Method
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
2. Lightly spray a shallow baking pan with cooking spray
3. Spoon mayonnaise into small bowl and stir in balsamic vinegar until smooth , add the remaining ingredients except the fish.
4. Place the fish in the baking pan. Spread the mayonnaise mixture over the tops and the sides of each fillet.
5. Bake for 15 minutes.
Approx 200 calories per serving.
