Drawstrings in Hooded Sweatshirts and Jackets Pose a Strangulation Hazard
Consumers with any VOS Sports sweatshirts or hooded jackets should stop using these immediately. There are almost 12,000 such items being recalled by VOS Sports. This company is based in City of Industry, California.

The recalled hooded sweatshirts and jackets have drawstrings that could be a strangulation hazard. The industry standard does not allow for drawstrings such as appear in the photos from CPSC with this article.
The recalled jackets and hooded sweatshirts will have the VOS Sports label sewn to the item. The labels will contain the identifying code RN#94353. Sizes and colors of the recalled sweatshirts and jackets varied.
Consumers interested in using the recalled sweatshirts or jackets made by VOS may remove the drawstrings to be safe. However, for most this may make the jacket or sweatshirt unusable.
