Hope for Haiti Now Telethon will be global and is taking over the airways Friday, January 22, at 8 p.m. ET - Major U.S. networks: ABC, CBS, NBC FOX, CNN, BET, HB, THE CW, MTV (even in China) VH1, CMT, PBS, TNT, SHOWTIME, COMEDY CENTRAL, BRAVO, E!, NAT'L GEOGRAPHIC, OXYGEN and more globally! Live streams of Hope for Haiti Now's Global Telethon will be available on youtube.com, hulu.com, aol.com, and more.

Red carpet being rolled out for close to 150 famous actors and singers participatingin in Hope for Haiti Now. Famous actors will be taking your calls.

The following organizations will receive proceeds for distribution from the global Telethon:
Clinton Bush Haiti Fund, UN World Food Programe, Oxfam America, Parters in Health, American Red Cross, UNICEF, and Yele Haiti Foundation.

Performers partaking in this charity telethon, will record in London, Los Angeles, and New York City. Haitian born Wyclef Jean, Bruce Springsteen, Jennifer Hudson, Mary J. Blige, Shakira, Alicia Keys, Christina Aquilera, Dave Matthews, Taylor Swift, Haitain artist Emline Michel, Coldplay, Beyonce, U2's Bono, the Edge, Jay-Z and Rihanna, Julia Roberts and Sandra Bullock plus many more great artists will be performing to raise money for Haiti earthquake relief.

Up-to-the-minute reports from Haiti will accompany the two-hour show with LA host, George Clooney; Wyclef Jean in New York, and Anderson Cooper from Haiti.

Eighteen songs from the Haiti telethon will be available on iTunes after tonight's performances (expected release: January 25).
