Bad video games are common in every genre of the industry, and there are plenty of horrible Zynga games to prove it. Zynga games are some of the most popular online video games, known as "apps" or applications on social networking sites, and most people are well aware of at least one title from this company. However, many people are hapless victims when it comes to the worst games Zynga has released to date. Below is a list of which of these app games you should avoid, or at least consider yourself strongly advised against playing!

Horrible Zynga Game: YoVille - "YoVille" is easily the most annoying, horrible Zynga game to date. The graphics are terrible-to the point that many users can't even access the game-and cartoon characters certainly aren't adorable enough to merit an upgrade. The interactions with players on your friends list leave something to be desired, and the mechanics used to maneuver your avatar and decorate your home are laughable. It's difficult to believe that the creators of "FarmVille" also brought users "YoVille." This horrible Zynga game is available on Facebook and MySpace.

Horrible Zynga Game: Café World - Café World has one major perk: adorable food, most of which you may find yourself actually craving after playing. However, the same poor-but demanding-graphics which mark "YoVille" as a horrible Zynga game also plague "Café World." You employ people on your friends list to work in your Café, spamming them with free gifts, just like in every other social networking app. Unfortunately, the shoddy mechanics and considerable downtime between events makes this one far more trouble than it's worth. This app is exclusive to Facebook.

Horrible Zynga Game: Fashion Wars - This horrible Zynga game tries to be what Playdom's "Sorority Life" is: a mixture of fashion and typical app-based interaction with your friends list. Unfortunately, the sub-par avatar customization-you can't even wear the items you buy-and the ease of this game prevents both any challenge and any creativity. That sort of double-whammy drives many players from "Fashion Wars" into the addictive madness that is "Sorority Life." This app is available on both Facebook and MySpace, though you are better served spending your time elsewhere!

Horrible Zynga Game: Pirates - Similar in design to "Mafia Wars" and "Vampire Wars," this horrible Zynga game had all the potential in the world. Unfortunately, the implementation of this role-playing game app fails to deliver the addictive quality which has kept the other two Zynga games on many top 10 lists. The graphics are sub-par, the app isn't challenging enough to hold player interest, and the mechanics are awkward. With the high amount of Pirate fans on social networking sites, Zynga really should re-work "Pirates" to provide as much fun as it does novelty. "Pirates" is available on both MySpace and Facebook.

Horrible Zynga Game: FarmVille - "FarmVille" is actually one of the most successful app games that Zynga has released, and yet it remains one of the most frustrating. The cause of this frustration is twofold: if you want to play the game, chances are your computer can't handle the overwhelming demands that the graphics placed on the browser. And if you don't want to touch "FarmVille" with a 20-foot pole-and I count myself among this group-then you will probably spend days trying to block the 500,000 requests and invites you get from the "FarmVille" addicted people on your friends list. If you want to take your chances, this app is available on Facebook, MySpace, and iPhone.

Very nice. I loved Cafe World and did notice cravings, such as for hot dogs. Yes, hot dogs. The game got worse and worse and I quit. Interesting to me, the FarmVille players ~ and it is the number one played FB game, gripe about the slow loads, freezing screens, no loading at all, gifting issues and so on, yet they still play. A lot more complaints about CW as the game got more demanding or interesting depending upon the player. Since FV is #1, would think Zynga could do something about that "overwhelming graphic demand", but then again being #1, they do not need to improve.
