Oh, how wrong we were. So we get in side and light a few candles and gather around in a circle and started telling creepy Halloween stories and getting a thrill out of one another's stories and having a good time and all of a sudden the lights started to flicker on and off in the room my back was against and at first I thought it was my friend Billy that was supposed to meet the rest of us at the house later that night.
So we all jumped up and was like "come on Billy we know you're here!" how did you get the power to go on in the house? When it occurred to me that I know this house has been empty for the full 9 years that I had lived on that street, no sooner then I had completed that thought, all the candles blow out on there own. Then we started hearing a loud banging noise coming from the dining room area. It sounded as if a construction worker was hitting a sludge hammer against the wall. We all looked at each other with pure horror frozen in place unable to move. It was if we were all glued to the floor, and that's when it happened! There was only on peace of furniture in that old musty house. It was a old fashion coat rack that had been sitting buy the door as you first came through the door, it lifted up in to the air stayed suspended in mid air for what felt like ten minutes and rocketed by my head. As it passed I felt the wind as if a soft feather had been brushed across my cheek and it went right throw the big glass window in the living room. We all screamed with absolute horror and went running out of there with every thing we had. Never to return to that old creepy house.
Still to this day! Every time I pass that house I get goose bumps and the hair stands up on the back of my neck. So next time your with your friends on Halloween please share my scary Halloween personal memories with them. It will make for a true but scary story.
