Horror Movies of 2011

INSIDIOUS : This film is about a family who discovers that their young son may have something wrong with him, something paranormal that is. From the previews, it looks like this movie will have a lot of scary scenes and a lot of that horror we all crave. It comes out April 1st & is rated PG-13.

SCREAM 4: This film is probably the most anticipated horror movie of the year. After all these years the murders start again. The three main characters are back along with a couple of other big name stars. They are even planning to have this movie begin another trilogy! Get ready April 15th to go back to one of our most loved horror movies. Of course, this film is rated R.

PRIEST: I know, I know, the vampire movies are starting to get a little bit old but this one might actually deserve a chance unlike that twilight annoyance. It's set in a post-apocalyptic world where men are at war with, of course, vampires. Priests set out to destroy these beasts. One of them is abducted by a pack of vampires and it starts a war. This movie is rated PG-13 & comes out May 13th.

FINAL DESTINATION 6: I'm not going to spend a lot of time on this one. It's the same old story as all the ones before. However, most of them did prove to be interesting. It comes out August 26th & is not yet rated.

PARANORMAL ACTIVITY 3: You know you want to see this one! How could you not? The first two were actually pretty scary. It comes out October 21st.

Of course there are a couple other horror movies that will be in theaters this year but these were the ones I noticed that I believe will probably be the best of the best this year in the world of horror.
