A flourishing hospital in the heart of the city attracts patients. A first time visitor, Hans meets the Customer Relations Officer (CRO). He enquires about the quality of medical service and the status of modernization of services.

Hans: Good Morning. I find the hospital is quite impressive in looks. Can you brief me about the quality of service and the recovery rate in the case of critical illnesses?

CRO: We have the state of the art know-how and equipments. Our mission is to charge fees which will turn every patient into a saint. He enters the hospital with a bag full of cash. But we ensure that he leaves with depleted credit cards and rock bottom bank balance Of course this applies to critical illness. We ensure that such patients travel light. They leave empty handed.

Hans: What about heart patents I have admitted my uncle in the coronary care unit: I am anxious to know his chances of survival.

CRO: Do not worry. Our statistics shows that one out of every ten heart patients dies. Your uncle is the tenth. He will take his chances of recovery.
Hans faints and is admitted to hospital. He undergoes treatment for hypertension.
