A Sunflower Stop

The Sunflower Stop offers a bed in a mixed dorm for under $12 a night, and private rooms with bath for around $23. Linens are included in the price of your bed, as well as parking and web access. Towels are available for you to use with a small deposit, which is worth it when you wish to dry off after a long swim in the pool. The Sunflower Stop offers a garden and thatched area for relaxing outdoors and a common room indoors for reading and conversation. Your room will include reading lights, security lockers and a fan to keep you comfortable in the afternoons.

The Green Elephant has mixed, female and private dorms. Prices start at around $10 for a bunk in the mixed or female dorms and go up to $23 for a private room with a shared bath. The Green Elephant is well know with students, but caters to everyone who'd like to visit. All of the general amenities are included with your fee at the Green Elephant as well as Internet access. The property offers guests a pool, hot tub, pool table and a common room for guests to feel like they are in a friendly home away from home.
One World Lodge
309 Long Street, 8001, Cape Town
The One World Lodge offers rooms at $16 per person. You have the option of a single or double room, with shared bathrooms. This is a self-catering facility and requires at least a 3 night stay. If you would like to stay in a cozy hostel, there are only two rooms at the One World Lodge, which makes advanced reservations a necessity. There is a pool for guests to enjoy as well as luggage storage and currency exchange for those who like to have everything taken care of in one place.
