The same iconic Japanese designer Yuko Shimizu, that created Hello Kitty, also created the character named Rebecca Bonbon. Rebecca Bonbon the brand was launched in 2006 at the Tokyo Gift Show, Tokyo Big Site, and at Magic Las Vegas. With over 50 Japanese licensees, the Rebecca Bonbon line is now making its way to North America & Europe for a 2010 debut.

Rebecca Bonbon's, character is a French bulldog that was born in Paris and adopted by a young American. Rebecca has impeccable fashion taste and adores the finer thing in life. She loves to travel, go shopping, and sweet bonbons. This fabulous fashion-forward puppy and her American friend, now call an apartment overlooking Central Park in Manhattan their home.

The adorable black and white pup is cute and fashionable, and has become a new love among Japanese fans. Rebecca already has a huge following of celeb fans like Kim Kardashian, Ashley Tisdale, Michelle, Trachtenberg, Olivia Munn, and Camila Alves. And now Rebecca Bonbon has been brought here to the United States for all the Bonbon lovers here.

This awesome new line of Rebecca Bonbon will feature everything from apparel and accessories to makeup and home décor. Over 320 affordably priced items make up the holiday 2010 collection. Sweatshirts, jeans, tank tops, hats, pajamas, purses, and bedding are just a few of the pieces available, most of which range in price from $3.99 to $50.

Rebecca Bonbon's Birthday party was held on October 29th,2010 at Atom, at the Shibuya Tokyo, a major nightclub in Japan. The party featured the H-Nuts Magazine models in a fashion show wearing the new Rebecca Bonbon apparel and Yuko Shimizu (Rebecca Bonbon's creator) was also at the event. The new Rebecca Bonbon introduction video was also aired during the party and it was an absolutely amazing event for all Rebecca Bonbon and Yuko Shimizu fans.
