2 Tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa
3 teaspoons sugar
2 cups milk, warmed on stove
1/3 cup whipped cream
Boiling water
Put cocoa, sugar and warm milk in each cup followed by water. Stir, top with whipped cream and cocoa drizzled on top.
Orange Hot Chocolate
2 Tablespoons chocolate cocoa
3 teaspoons sugar
1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
¼ teaspoon orange extract
¼ cup water
1 ½ cups milk
Orange wedges
Pinch of salt
In cup put cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in saucepan. Whisk in orange extract and hot water. Heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk in milk. Remove and beat until foamy if desired. Add wedges.
Rich Honey Hot Chocolate
2 tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa
2 tablespoons honey
¼ cup hot water
1 ½ cups milk
Put chocolate, honey and water in saucepan and whisk. Heat, stirring constantl. Pour in milk and heat another minute, whisk and serve.
Raspberry Hot Chocolate
2 Tablespoons dark chocolate cocoa
3 teaspoons sugar
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon raspberry syrup
¼ cup water
1 ½ cups milk
Pinch of salt
In cup put cocoa, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt in saucepan. Whisk in raspberry syrup and hot water. Heat to medium and cook for 3 minutes. Whisk in milk. Remove and serve.
