Hot & Delicious Artichoke Dip

You really have to acquire a taste for artichokes. I personally don't care for them, but my husband loves them. He will eat artichoke hearts right out of the jar! I make this dip for him all the time and thought I would share it with everyone.

Here's a list of ingredients that you will need:

· 1/3 cup grated Romano cheese, plus 1 tbsp. for extra topping ( My husband likes it cheesy, so I use more on top )
· 3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
· 3 tbsp. light sour cream
· 1/2 tsp. dried marjoram
· 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
· 1/4 tsp. onion salt and garlic powder
· 1 jar ( 14 oz. ) artichoke hearts packed in water, drain them well and chop into 1/4 inch pieces
· 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Whisk together the cheese, mayo, sour cream, marjoram, pepper, onion salt and garlic powder in a medium bowl. Next, stir in the artichoke hearts. Transfer to baking dip, at this point the dip can be refrigerated for up to a day, which is nice if your having a big party and want to get everything ready the day before!

When you decide to bake it, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the dip until its heated through, which normally takes 30 minutes. Pull it out and sprinkle the remaining cheese and paprika on top.

~ Can be served with chips, crackers or toasted baguette slices.
~ I use light versions of sour cream and mayo, which significantly cuts down on the fat.
