Hot Guys Who Cook

On Wednesday, November 21st Style Network debuted a new show called "Hot Guys Who Cook." After reviewing hundreds of submissions the show highlights three men who cook in a competition to see who will be the "Hot Dish" of the evening. The chosen men of the evening prepare simple meals, give a brief bio of their family history, and seem really nervous to be on camera.

The first contestant was Steve who prepared seared tuna over salad that looked healthy and appetizing. Malak was next with his aloha chicken, a sweet and sour meal that he created himself served with a side of pineapple covered asparagus. Trevor made surfer steak tacos that were marinated with lots of cilantro, jalapenos, and lime juice then topped with the same ingredients mixed with red onion and tomato that sort of resembled salsa.

Distracting from the meal preparations were cartoons and captions reminiscent of the show Blind Date, but you can find the recipes, information about the guys and other cool stuff at StyleNetwork.com. If you are a guy that cooks you can also find information about being on the show at that web site. In a world where men make a box of macaroni and cheese and call it a feast, it's a refreshing change to see men that know their way around a kitchen.

"Hot Guys Who Cook" airs on Wednesdays at 9:30 P.M. on the Style Network. To vote for the evenings Hot Dish simply log on to MyStyle.com during the episode.
