Atlanta is sprawling with hot spots for every lifestyle. From the deep poet to the metro sexual, the city caters to all crowds. Atlanta offers versatility with its preferences and always aims to please.

When looking for a place to chat it up with friends everyone voices a list and you can never seem to come to a mutual agreement fast enough to just choose a meeting place. Well, here's a list already made up. Check off as you go and send me a comment!

Chocolate Pink

Yea, you heard right: Chocolate pastry and pink décor undertones. Located in the heart of midtown, Chocolate Pink Café greets you with an assortment of chocolate truffles and sweet, decadent baby cakes. My favorite is a dark cherry, whipped cream, chocolate mousse filled Hoyt. Oh so sublime! They also offer chocolates to drink and very quaint & meek atmosphere for those, dining in.

Locos Deli and Pub

Locos and I go waaay back. Im talkin' Gainesville,Ga. college years! I've been fortunate enough to enjoy Locos Deli while a student in North Ga. So, when I came back to Atlanta, I was surprised to see this pub right in the middle of Buckhead! My favorite meal was the shrimp po'boy and a few shots of a purple hooter! Recently I enjoyed a nice tuna steak and fries. Loco's is definitely a group gathering hole, with its pool tables and jukebox tunes to boot.

Urban Grind

My first experience at this city coffee shop was for a local television taping and a small musical show case. Urban Grind puts you in the mind of those 6 "friends" in New York that frequently gathered at Central Perk. Urban Grind offers an array of espresso filled café's that are sure to get you jumpin' and Jakes Icecream is featured for any hot afternoon. Located at the start of midtown on Marietta st., Urban Grind is known for its weekly spoken word and open mic night events. Come get ya grind on! (Coffee grind of course).
