Potato-Capsicum Fry; Pure Vegetarians

Potato - Capsicum fry:

Ingredients:

Potato - medium size 3
Capsicum - big 1
Ginger Garlic paste - 2 tea spoons
Red chilly powder - 1 tea spoon
Vegetable oil - 2 tea spoons
Salt as per your to taste.

Preparation method:

Wash and peel potatoes. Cut into small cubes. Wash and slit capsicum and remove seeds. Cut into one inch square.

Heat heavy bottom cooking vessel, add vegetable oil and sauté cubed potato and capsicum. Keep frying till vegetables are soft. If required, add little water for better cooking of vegetables. Add ginger garlic paste to this and fry again, till raw smell is removed. Add red chilly powder and salt, and fry till it becomes crisp. Remove from fire and serve hot with Indian paratha, roti, pita bread or Tortillas and with hot dog breads.

Note: This is dry fried curry and tastes hot, since red chilly powder and ginger garlic paste are used. If you want less hot in taste, you can reduce any one of the hot ingredients, as per your required taste.
