Hot Sports Picks -Super Bowl XLV Prediction: Pittsburgh Steelers 28 '" Green Bay Packers 17

Alfonso Coley
Unlike Peyton Manning or Tom Brady, Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger may never best the stats of these two one day first ballot Hall of Fame quarterbacks.

Although Ben Roethlisberger only played in 12 games for the 2010 NFL season, Big Ben could have one of his finest seasons if he had played in all 16 games.

I will go out on a limb and say that Ben Roethlisberger has the edge over Aaron Rodgers in relation to his Super Bowl appearances. Even though Big Ben has two Super Bowl rings, his hunger to compete for another championship ring is what helps set the Pittsburgh Steelers above the Packers as 3 point favorites to win the game.

Much of this game will ultimately rely on two issues on which team are the victor in Super Bowl XLV in 2011. The number one deciding factor will depend on which quarterback will have an almost error free game in relation to interceptions. The second deciding factor ultimately will depend on which defense disrupts the quarterback pass attempts; the defense that shuts down the run will give their team the winning edge in the final quarter of the game.

I predict that Aaron Rodgers will throw for two scores, and Ben Roethlisberger will pass for 3 touchdowns that will earn him the MVP of the game.

Aaron Rodgers will throw one interception in the 4th quarter that will change the face and outcome of the game. Both quarterbacks will be sacked 2 times, and even though Aaron Rodgers will put up better numbers, it will be Ben Roethlisberger's big game playmaking abilities that will be too much for the Packers defense to handle.
