Hot Spots to Travel to in America

Everyone needs to take a break from the stress of work, jobs and/or school. Vacations are often taken by people looking to relax and enjoy life. There are many places in America that are worth seeing.

New York City

New York City is a culturally rich melting pot that offers the ability to visit numerous destinations. When Americans think of New York they often think of New York City but forget the fact that the city is made up of five different boroughs. These boroughs include the Bronx, Queen's, Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Staten Island. New York is the home to many museum, galleries, restaurant, shopping centers, and popular tourist attractions. There are many must see attractions in New York City that include Time Square, Wall Street, Rockefeller Center, Broadway, Ground Zero, the Bronx zoo, and many others. There are numerous sporting events in New York City and you can visit the Yankees, Mets, and Giants can also go shopping on Fifth Avenue. The theater district is also very popular and the shows on Broadway are always a favorite.

Las Vegas

Las Vegas is America's number one playground and consists of casinos and resorts that are always open 24 hours a day. Many describe Las Vegas as nonstop fun and entertainment that happens all the time during all hours of the day. Las Vegas is the home of the most luxurious hotels in America including the Bellagio, Four Seasons, and the Wynn. Gambling is a popular favorite for many. There is also great nightlife and shopping. The climate is also very temperate and is warm and mild throughout the year.

Utah

Utah is home of many and I mean many ski towns and resorts in the winter. You're able to cross country ski, snowboard, and even go snowmobiling. Utah has the Sundance film Festival which is held in Park city every January. Sundance film Festival is a premier film festival which attracts celebrities and movie stars.

Hawaii

A great vacation and honeymoon spot is found on the islands of Hawaii. Hawaii consists of some of the most beautiful beaches throughout the world. In Hawaii it is possible to surf, scuba dive, go snorkeling, mountain bike, and participate in many other outdoor activities. The islands are beautiful and consist of green mountains on the mainland. You do not need a passport to travel to Hawaii although for many it may seem as if they are traveling to a luxurious location. Hawaii has great temperatures, blue oceans and white beaches making it a great travel destination to travel around the year.

Arizona

Arizona consists of beautiful and scenic desert landscapes along with the Grand Canyon. The Grand Canyon is one of the world's leading natural attractions. The Grand Canyon attracts almost 5,000,000 visitors each year from around the world; it also has great golf resorts Year-round and luxury shopping spots. In addition Arizona consists of many vacation homes and mountain lodges.

Chicago

Chicago is a great travel destination for anyone and is the home of the Chicago Cubs, Chicago White Sox, and the Chicago Bears. In addition the John Hancock and Sears Tower are other popular attractions. There are numerous museums in Chicago along with the great attraction of Navy Pier on Lake Michigan.
