Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset Review

If you are stumped with what gift to get your son or nephew aged four to fifteen (yes, even young teens), consider the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset. The Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset is an exciting new play set that will stimulate your little boy's imagination and will bring excitement to his pretend play.

Measuring four point two by fifteen by twenty four inches total, the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset features a believable replica of a big city. The Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset comes with a plastic set of toys designed to look like a big city, with its bridge, tall buildings, parking garages, even a helicopter and an ultra large T-Rex almost as tall as the buildings themselves!

Your little boy can pretend to be the T-Rex, ready and willing to eat the whole city alive. The T-Rex included in the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset looks really fierce and produces ferocious sounds. There is so much for the T-Rex to destroy as the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset presents many options for your child's pretend play.

What is really cool about the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset is that the bridge is collapsible and the gas station "explodes". Just like in the movies. The Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset also includes one car, and your child can add his own to the set.

What is nice about the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset is that although the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset is complete in itself, if your child has other play sets or plastic toy replicas of people, cars, buildings, houses, he can use these in conjunction with the set. Let your child's imagination run wild, with the dialogue and scenarios that can happen as this dangerous T-Rex destroys the city.

Although the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset seems like a violent and unwholesome play set, it is the lesser evil among sets featuring toy guns and the like. I would recommend this though more for kids aged seven to twelve, as the young teenagers might outgrow the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset soon. I also would have liked the Hot Wheels T-Rex Rampage Playset to come with its own plastic box, apart from the cardboard box it comes delivered in. With the different pieces that come with the set, it is easy to misplace some parts, especially if you leave cleaning up to the kids. My son is thoroughly enjoying his T-Rex Rampage Playset. He says it makes his old hot wheels cars exciting again.
