Hotel Review: Grand Residences by Marriott - South Lake Tahoe, California

The Grand Residences by Marriott in South Lake Tahoe, California is the perfect place to relax and unwind. My family and I stayed actually at this hotel on one of our many visits to Lake Tahoe. You will definitely experience Tahoe the way it should be experienced. Lake Tahoe is only about ten (10) miles away from the Grand Residences by Marriott.

Housekeeping is done daily at this hotel. There's a laundry on site or you can even do valet dry cleaning. There's a fitness center available for use by the guests. There's also an outdoor heated pool and whirlpool where you can relax with your family and friends. There's also a spa located in the hotel called Body Essentials. This spa offers facial treatments, manicures and pedicures, massages, and it has a steam room. You can make an appointment with them by calling (530) 542-8440.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are definitely luxurious. You get a choice of either a studio, one (1) bedroom, or two (2) bedroom. There's a full kitchen and a spacious dining area inside the room as well. You are able to get some groceries and cook your own meals if you prefer, which is always a great plus. I was never a big fan of eating out all the time. So the full kitchen gave me a chance to be able to make some homemade food.

Our stay with the Grand Residences by Marriott in South Lake Tahoe was very nice. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I cannot recall any problems we had during out stay at this hotel. We definitely enjoyed Lake Tahoe and it was one of the best relaxing vacations I've had in my life. LIke I mentioned Lake Tahoe is only ten (10) miles away from the hotel. I do recommend this hotel to everyone. It's not the cheapest hotel in the area but it is definitely worth the penny. I am almost sure that you will enjoy your stay at this hotel.
