Our room was on the second floor at the end of the building. We definitely could hear airplane noises in the room but unless you are a very light sleeper it should not be a problem. There is a small store in the lobby but the prices were outrageously high.
The two bedroom suite was pretty standard. When you walk in the kitchen is on the right and has a stove, fridge, dishwasher, coffee pot and toaster. The cups and spoons were few and far between but other amenities were as they should have been.
In the living room there is a table and three chairs and it was on the table that the Ethernet was located. It had a long cord and with some finesse I was able to sit on the sleeper sofa with my netbook. There was a TV with great channel selection.
There are two bedrooms but only one bathroom. That was a bummer but we adjusted. The bathroom was a two room unit with the sink in the first part and the toilet and tub I the second section. The pressure was good and the hot water was okay, not too hot by any means.
Only one of the bedrooms had a TV, the other was quite a lot smaller. Both bedrooms had a large closet and a dresser. The beds were queen sized and had a cushiony top, a little soft but comfortable and clean smelling.
Overall the suite was in pretty good condition, it was obvious that it was not new there were some signs of wear but everything was operational. Internet access was provided free of charge. There is a guest laundry onsite as well as an outdoor pool.
Breakfast is grab and go and nothing to write home about. You can get cereal and milk, pre-wrapped muffins and bagels. Coffee is also available. It is located in the lobby area. We only grab the food on the last day since we didn't have time to go to a restaurant.
I wanted to get Marriott points which along with the price is why we chose this hotel. There are many restaurant choices in the area and the location is central to the freeway and historic downtown Gahanna.
Would I stay here again? Maybe, it is a fine hotel in a good location but the lack of two bathrooms is an issue unless you are traveling with your kids.
