Hotels at Glacier National Park, Montana

This hotel was built back in 1915 and was previously declared a national historic landmark by the National Historic Society. Glacier Park Lodge

The site on which the Glacier Park Lodge sits was once occupied by the Piegan, a native tribe to the region, while at the time the site was known as "Midvale". It was purchased from them back in 1912. The lodge offers comfortable rooms with a western decor. Each are equipped with satellite television service, access to the Internet, microwave ovens, miniature refrigerators, coffee makers and comfortable beds. Other amenities include an outdoor heated swimming pool, a nine-hole golf course, an on-site restaurant and a gift shop.

St. Mary Lodge and Resort

Located just outside of the boundaries of Glacier National Park, is the St. Mary Lodge and Resort. This 122 guest room facility offers a variety of rooms that include both studio units and multiple room suites. Each of the units have high-speed wireless access to the Internet, cable television stations, kitchenettes with microwave ovens, cook tops, refrigerators, sinks and cookware. This hotel offers park activities which include organized National Park tours, horseback riding tours and hiking. The hotel property offers two eateries and a lounge for guests.
