Hotel Commonwealth is located across the street from the campus Barnes and Noble in Kenmore Square. Rooms have amazing views and either face Kenmore Square, Fenway Park or Commonwealth Avenue. The hotel offer al fresco dining along Commonwealth Avenue and the Wine Gallery wine shop is in the same plaza. Hotel Commonwealth is conveniently accessible by the MBTA subway (the "T") and is just off the Kenmore Station stop. It is also two subway stops away from the Prudential Center and Copley Square.
Holiday Inn Brookline

Boston University is right on the border and Brookline. The Holiday Inn Brookline is located on the C train on the Green Line of the T. You may want to leave your car at home because parking is currently $18 a night at for underground parking and overnight parking in Brookline is permit only. The Holiday Inn Brookline is just a short train or cab ride away from campus and Fenway Park. You can also walk to Boston University from the hotel in around fifteen minutes. The hotel is pretty affordable and located near the quaint Coolidge Corner neighborhood.
Boston Hotel Buckminster

This Kenmore Square hotel has been in business since 1897. The guest rooms come equipped with a microwave, refrigerator and a living area. The suites have a separate European style parlor room with a plush sofa and marble fireplace. The hotel's sushi restaurant is a popular spot for karaoke. Guests are just a few blocks away from the House of Blues, Fenway Park and Newbury Street.
