Hotels at Universal Studios Orlando Resort

Get in Early to the Wizarding World of Harry Potter by Staying at On-site Hotel

The Universal Orlando Resort in Orlando has grown from one theme park, Universal Studios Florida, to a complete resort. In addition to Universal Studios, the resort now includes a second theme park, Universal's Islands of Adventure which is the home of the new Wizarding World of Harry Potter. There's also the nighttime entertainment complex CityWalk that includes a 20 screen movie theater, shopping, night clubs, and dining including Emeril's, Hard Rock Cafe, and Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville.

There are also three world-class hotels located within the Universal Studios Resort. All of the hotels at the Universal Studios resort are connected to the theme parks and CityWalk by boat and walkways. And if you're planning on visiting The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, staying at one of the three on-site hotels is your best bet. The highly popular Harry Potter attraction has been drawing large crowds and therefore lines that can be several hours long. But guest staying at any of the resort's hotels get into The Wizarding World of Harry Potter an hour before it opens to the general public. In addition, guests of the resort's hotels get to skip the lines at many of Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure. Just show your room key and you're ushered to the front of the line at most major attractions.

Each of the three on-site hotels are unique and offer luxurious accommodations in three unique settings.

Portofino Bay Hotel
The Portofino Bay Hotel offers all of the hotel romance and excitement of Italy. Set around a charming bay, the Portofino Bay Hotel, the hotel fetures sparkling pools, bayside dining, and even a dive-in movie in the hotel's pool. This AAA Four Diamond Award, this luxurious hotel always you to live the good life, or as they say in Italy, la dolce vita.

Hard Rock Hotel
If you're looking for a hotel with a young, hip vibe, book your room at the Hard Rock Hotel. This AAA Four Diamond Award features California Mission style architecture and is decorated with memorabilia from rock and roll royalty. And the music theme even carries out to the pool. The 12,000 square foot pool features underwater music!

The Royal Pacific Hotel
An island oasis in the middle of Universal Orlando Resort. That's how most describe this tropical destination. With white sand beaches and a sparkling pool set amid lush tropical vegetation, you'll think you're in Hawaii, Bali, or Fiji but with all of the excitement of Universal Studios just a short walk away!
