Ever since I have had my two dogs, a golden retriever/golden Labrador mix and a King Charles Cavalier, I have had the problem of trying to find a good groomer for them. I have tried groomers where I used to live and they always start out great but get worse each time I bring them. HotSpot Pet Supply is conveniently located in the King Kullen shopping center in Manorville on the corner of County Road 111 and Chapman Blvd. Chapman Blvd turns into Railroad Avenue, which takes you right to Sunrise Highway. I live near there so this is perfect for me. HotSpot is not only a groomer but a supply store as well. You can bring your dog in for a grooming and buy everything you might need too. I have bought food, biscuits, beds, greenies, and so much more.

The service is excellent. I usually have to bring my little dog to the groomers by myself. I take my two year old son with me so it is extremely difficult to take my son and the dog out of the car at the same time. Instead, I usually just pull right up to the curb and put my hazard lights on. I jump out and take my dog in where someone is usually waiting to take her. I don't even have to leave my car for a second. This works out great for me. Where else can you get door to door service like this?

It only takes them about an hour to an hour and a half to groom my dog. They call me as soon as she is finished and I come and pick her up. Here again I just pull up to the curb and someone is waiting for me at the door to bring me my dog. I pay for the grooming right at the door. Again, where else are you going to find this kind of door to door service?

They do a great job grooming my dog. They cut her nails carefully so she doesn't bleed. She always smells great after her grooming appointment. They put cute little ribbons and bows in whatever hair she has left. They even offered to cut her nails for free if we don't need a full grooming appointment next time. HopSpot in Manorville really know how to treat their customers and because of that, I will be a repeat customer for years. I haven't brought my 115 pound retriever in a while. It isn't so easy to bring him in, I need to wait for my husband for that one. But for now, I will continue to take my little dog in every 3 months for her routine grooming appointment. It only costs about $40 per appointment. She looks and smells great it is worth every penny.
