Housing Codes to Fight Illegal Immigration
Let us see, I was the last of six children so that is six ,plus the two parental units is eight. Eight times 390 is too hard to do in the head so let us just call it eight times four hundred which is thirty-two hundred square feet. Lord have mercy! That is a mansion! Good thing I grew up is South Carolina.
Okay, so I came from a large family, let's try two 'rents and three kids, 2000 square feet. That is a little better. Still there is a little problem, as kids go up, disposable income tends to decrease. If anyone can dispose of your income it is kids. So is this the new birth control? Kids or affordable housing, the new compromise?
Well, it is an attempt to reduce the number of immigrant living in the same house. Like these immigrants are inviting in a bunch of strangers as boarders. They aren't boarders, they are related. Don't Cobb County know that many immigrants are Catholic? You know Catholicism, procreation is us.
Now I don't have a problem with procreating. I enjoy practicing myself. I have to say that anyone that grew up in a large family should have noticed that the 'rents worked their butts off to feed and clothe the young'uns. That is effective birth control!
Now the Cobb County authorities also mentioned limiting the number of automobiles per residence to one per 390 square feet. That is no problem! Unless of course you are a car collector and then you should have the cash to house the cars since you obviously don't have kids to feed.
I personally have a problem with dogs that bark between the hours of 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Those should be limited to zero per household unless they own 5000 square feet per dog and 390 square feet per owner. An exception is if the dogs have recently pulled Timmy out of the well or stopped a car jacking, tspace is reduced to 390 square foot per dog in such cases.
Other legislation that should be considered is car alarms. If during the no dog barking hours, a car alarm goes off more that three time in a two month period, the home/car owner must have at least 1000 square feet of air conditioned space per false alarm. Harley owners that rev up straight pipes during the no dog barking hours the rider should be required to own 5000 square feet of air conditioned space per rev in that neighborhood.
I think I might like this new code after all.

If I am not mistaken, Glynn County Georgia is considering the Chest of Relatives code, similar to the Seinfeld episode.
They at least shouldn't count children under 10 & midgets. I've got 3 midgets & 2 toddlers comfortably confined to my dresser drawers. I'd hate to be required to have an additional 2000 square feet for what now only takes up the corner of my bedroom.

My parents live there in cobb county. They are really getting strict about alot of things, not just this issue. In the recent past all the houses on my parents road were ticketed (the first a warning) for violations such as you could not park a car on the grass. It now has to be parked on asphalt or concrete. I think they are trying to clean some of the neighborhoods up but some things seem to be going a bit far. Nice article, you had me smiling :-)
