But do they really work? And how can you be sure they work before spending your hard-earned money? How can you be a wise shopper when it comes to buying horse racing systems online?
The answer is a very simple one. If there is someone who claims to be the "expert" at making money playing the races - force him or her to prove it first.
What do I mean by this? I do not mean to reveal the workings of their systems, that would be tantamount to stealing proprietary information or pure piracy.
No, I do no condone that behavior. And you surely cannot rely on the seller to honor their "iron-clad money-back guarantee". If the system does not win as advertised (and many do not) you're out time and money - and possibly stuck for the money if the seller decides not to honor the refund.
So a money-back guarantee is for all intensive purposes meaningless for handicapping e-books. The authors know that only a small percentage of you will request a refund that means they will still make a nice profit on something they know does not really work. So buyer beware.
What about chat rooms or message boards? That's the easiest way for people who sell their systems to come in on a different alias and tell everyone how silly they are to knock a great system that has made a lot of money for them - when in reality it has not. Plus there are just kooks who love to cause trouble and act childish. So you cannot be sure there.
The ONLY way to be sure is to demand the seller provide free sample selections produced by their horse racing system BEFORE the races - then see how they perform.
We've been doing that with our horse racing systems from day 1. We NEVER release a system for public consumption until it has proven itself a winner. If it does not perform - we simply do not publish it. And our readers are nothing out of pocket as we give the selections away free on our blog every week. And have been doing so for 5 years.
No one buys our horse racing systems without reaping some sort of benefit first. Either they play the winners we put out (when we have a good week!) or they can backtrack our blog and see the selections over time and how they performed. We feel it's the best way to operate but it's so rare to see other doing so online.
So before you spend one penny or pence on any horse racing system DEMAND the seller put out some free selections (even one card for heaven's sake!) so you can make an informed decision.
If the seller refuses you can be 100% sure that they have something to hide and are not being on the up and up. Again, demand some picks in advance of the races before you buy and you'll come out a smarter consumer and a winning horse bettor.
