Do we really know our career goals? This is perhaps the most frequently asked question and more imperative than other usual ones. Even though this is a simple question, you'll be surprised to know that many of us fail to answer it with conviction. Be it in our professional or personal life, it is something that we do not think about seriously. Interestingly, working individuals who actually spend most of the time towards their ambitions and planning their careers barely identify the need of a definite goal. Usually, in the initial stages of one's career, nothing seems to be a big deal; everything seems to be easy-breezy, as they are fresh and energetic.

4. Discover various fields and delve before deciding your career goals. It is for sure a long process with a vast sea of choices, so just don't limit yourself to one but set your vision on different possibilities having many alternatives.

5. Then, set your target for your goals. Start summarizing the outcome of your own self-analysis in the form of a statement or a concise list that could help you as a source of information to go further to look out for the exact employer.
