How to Add an Animal Print Item to Your Outfit

Animal prints are a really big item this year. They're available in just about every variety of clothing and accessory item. So if you don't particularly look good in animal prints don't despair. You can carry it or wear it on your feet. Animal prints came out a few years ago, more in the earth tones. This time around they're not just earth tones and take advantage of more color pallets which means more opportunity for more people to have the opportunity to walk a bit on the wild side.

I went into the stores and looked on-line and found that there are some really nice choices on animal print pieces in a variety of styles, colors and items. Here is what I found:

JC Penney:

I 'Heart' Ronson Pattern Skirt:

This skirt costs $36.00 and comes in black and ecru in sizes xs-l. It has a high waist measures 21½" in length and is nylon, polyester and metallic with spandex. It needs to be hand washed and line dried.
This item would look nice with a simple dark sweater with dark pumps or knee high boots.

Walmart:

Norma Kamali, Women's Print Jersey Pencil Skirt:

This skirt costs $12.00 comes in sizes s to xxl and in leopard. It's fluid jersey and measures approximately 23" from waist to hem. It has an elastic waist and is polyester and spandex and is machine washable. It's available both on-line and in the stores.

This would also look good paired with a dark sweater with dark pumps or knee high boots.

Norma Kamali, Women's Print Jersey Strapless Dress:

This garment comes in leopard and ranges from sizes l to xxl and costs $18.00. The dress is a tube style with slight ruching at the bust's side seams. It falls below the knee and is polyester and spandex. It's machine washable and is available both on-line and in the stores

This would look cute with a cardigan sweater and simple black pumps or strappy high heeled sandals.

These sandals would look nice with a casual or casually dressy outfit that is in a variety of solid colors.

George, Women's Print Charmeuse Blouse:

This blouse comes in grey and neutral animal print and is priced at $14.00. It's available in sizes s to xxl and is a silky charmeuse with an allover print with a button front, long buttoned sleeves with banded cuffs and front and back waist darts with a shirttail hem. This garment would look nice with a dark dressy skirt or pants and dark pumps or flats.

I would pair this with dark dressy pants and dark dressy wedges or flats.

These would look cute with a matching red or dark colored tee with short or long sleeves dark flats.

This would pair nicely with Miley's feather tunic in black and a pair of flats or booties.

Women's Mossimo Supply Co. Odell Ballet Flats:

These flats are $12.99 and come in cheetah, zebra, purple leopard,cheetah print and are available in sizes 5.5 to 11.

These would a handy way to wear the animal print without it being near your face. They would look nice with casual skirts or pants and semi-dressy pants.

Women's Mossimo® Vicki Peep-Toe Pumps:

The Zebra version is $26.99 and comes in sizes 5.5 to 11 and has a 3.5" Heel with a 0.5" platform.
This shoe would look nice with dressy pants, skirt or dress in either white, red or dark solid colors.
