Adding a "Digg It" button to your blog posts, will increase the chances that your story will be digged because the person that is reading it does not need to return to the Digg.com web site in order to digg it, it can be done directly with a simple click.

3. Login to your hosting account where your WordPress blog is hosted, if the blog is located on your computer there is no need for this step.
4. Go to the "plugins" directory from your blog software files.
5. Create a new folder called "digg".
6. Upload the "diggthis1.1.3.php" file to that directory.
7. Go to the "themes" directory in your blog software files, and enter the directory of your current theme.
8. Download the "index.php" file to your computer in order to edit it.
9. Open the file using a simple text editor, and do the following:
- find the line containing the text: "";
- before the line add the following: "";
10. Upload the file back into your "themes" directory of your blog software.
11. Log into your blog, go to the "Plugins" tab, and activate the "diggIT" plugin.
The End
All should be working fine now, when you will refresh your blog, a "Digg It!" button will appear on the right top of your posts. Also the number of diggs that post received on Digg.com, if the number is 0, it means that post was not yet submited to Digg.com.
Good luck!

Your step by step guide is broken. It doesn't show the PHP code. You should have the editors fix this and amend it so that it also has a link to their tutorial section on the site. The plugin was great, i was having a hard time finding it so kudos to you for that but it took some legwork to get the code right.
Very cool, I've been looking for how to do this. :-)
