You will want to be able to let people add you to their favorites. Technorati will keep track off of the favorites. In order to create these buttons to place them on your blog you will need to create an account first. You will need to enter in all of your information such as your name and your website URL. You will want to provide Technorati with your main page URL. If you don't have a blog created yet or you have multiple blogs you can link all of the blogs together and use www.wordpress.com. There you will get a main page and you can create documents under different categories on your main page.
Once you have entered in all of your information you will be able to place tags on your webpage. Technorati will actually take over your website and sign in to your website. It will log you in to the site that you use. It will ask you if you want to let Technorati take over your site just one time or all of the time. Whichever you choose is fine but make sure to accept when it asks you this question. You will then be able to make some minor adjustments to your blog to get it listed on Technorati.
You will now be able to add all of your tags to get good rankings at Technorati. Adds tags which will be useful to your website. If your website is about fish for example you will want to use tags such as: freshwater fish, saltwater fish, brackish fish, goldfish, guppies, etc. Make sure you pick very good tags because these will determine what ranking you get on Technorati. In order for you to make money you will need a lot of visitors and you will need a good ranking on Technorati as well. Do not rush through this because it's very important.
Now you can take the URL that they provide you with in order to add the Add To Technorati Favorites to your website. It will show up as an icon on your blog. This will allow users to add your site to their favorites in Technorati. You will copy the URL and take it to your website. You will then paste this URL into the code editor section of your blog. This is very easily done at www.wordpress.com if you have created a blog at WordPress.
