How Airborne Saved My Brother's Life

Airborne: The Ultimate Defense for Cold and Flu Season

Phyllis Cunningham
I am not a big fan of sanitizers and anti-bacterials for fighting off bacteria. Why?

While anti-bacterials go a long way to rid your life of harmful bacteria, it does not discriminate. It also rids your life of beneficial bacteria. The end result? More ailments instead of fewer.

I by no means advocate letting the germs run wild and never use sanitizers and anti-bacterial soaps. I simply mean it is not in our best interest to go overboard.

It is cold and flu season, so in addition to our basic hygienic care: frequent hand washing, avoiding public drinking fountains, sharing a drink with a friend or your child, unless you want to go all the way, like Howie Mandel and never touch anyone's hands, my advice is Airborne.

Airborne is a product developed by a schoolteacher who was sick of being sick. My husband likes to say, "I love the grandkids, but it's like hugging little germ factories." This second grade schoolteacher obviously agreed.

I first tried Airborne a few years ago. My brother was in critical condition in a hospital in California and not expected to live. Preparing for my trip to be by his side, I decided to give Airborne a try.

I knew airplanes were full of trapped germs. What to do? I didn't want to go all the way to California, only to become too sick to be with my brother. I bought a bottle of Airborne.

Before leaving for the airport, I dropped a tablet into a small glass of water, per the instructions. The taste was reminiscent of Tang. After changing flights in Dallas, I asked for a cup of water, and made a second glass of Airborne. After arriving in California, I did it again.

I was so shocked when I got there to discover that my brother's entire household was sick and couldn't visit him for fear of passing on further infection! He was alone and according to the medical staff, dying.

"Strep throat," my niece told me as she gave me a welcoming hug! One by one, I was "welcomed" by sick family members.

My stay in California passed by in weeks and months, I went to the hospital daily to stay by my brother's side. Even hospital staff had various colds and flu. I continued my regime of Airborne, morning, noon and night, as I watched my brother's slow recovery.

My brother survived two years longer than any of the doctors believed he would. My brother, the rest of my family and the hospital staff attributed that survival to me being there looking out for him. I will always believe that without Airborne, I would have succumbed to my own cold or flu...maybe even something worse. I could not have been there with him.

Now Airborne is a staple in our medicine cabinet. When the little "germ factories" stop by, we no longer worry that we will miss work because we are too sick to go. We know that we have a secret weapon hiding in our medicine cabinet.

Airborne is classified as a dietary supplement. It is packed with vitamins, minerals and herbs believed to combat colds and flu.

You can use Airborne at the first sign of illness and it will chase those pesky germs away before they have a chance to take hold. It comes with a 100% guarantee. How can you go wrong?

Hug your germ factory today!
