Arthritis comes in different forms and in doing some everyone that suffers from arthritis react to the pain differently. Thus, causing remedies and other ways of alleviating arthritis to work differently for those whom suffers from arthritis. Also, keep in mind that if you have a well-balanced diet this too can help with your problem. Other ways of alleviating your pain can be by taking other remedies and juices that are know for helping arthritis.
Some of these remedies sh as Omega 3 fatty acids, Glucosamine, Chondronitin Sulfate, Niacinamide, and MSM are proven to reduce inflammation and relieve pain caused by arthritis. These remedies can be bought over the counter. While taking these supplements increase your water intake, by doing so this will reduce any possibly of dehydration; you will also want to eliminate any grease foods from your diets while taking these over the counter supplements. If you choose to try these supplements please consult a doctor. You would also want to try them one at a time, take notes on what the side effects and if they actually help - do not take more than one at a time.
Other helpful ways to alleviating arthritis is by purchasing juices that are also know to be of some help. These juices are as follows: Carrot, Celery, Cabbage, Potato, and Cherry Juice to name a few. Please be aware that some juices can create some reaction, so it is essential that you know what you are allergic to.

Once you have found a remedies of some sort that works try sharing it with a friend that also has arthritis or even a support group. Remember that just because it works for you it does not mean that it will work for you.
