How to Use Apple Mobile Me Program with Your Ipod Touch

SDR2010
Apple Mobile Me is a program, which is Apple, says works well with work, which means that it helps you get your work done by allowing you to keep track of all your email accounts without any effort. This service costs $90 a year for a single subscription and you can add up to four email accounts. This can be used so that you let the system know your work email information along with your personal email address and your school email. If you run multiple businesses then you can input all of your business email information and it will keep you up to date whenever you get an email on any one of your accounts. It does this by linking all of your accounts and using a feature, which they call, push in order to get the data from your email box to your cellular phone. You can use this service without the Iphone if you feel it is right for you. Also, it allows you to adjust information on your computer, which will be pushed to your phone to keep your contact information up to date. This is a service, which you can use for free on the Apple Ipod Touch if you follow some simple steps:

1) Install the 2.0 upgrade on your Ipod Touch, you can either do this by connecting to Itunes while your Ipod is connected which will cost you $10 or do it for free using my previously published guide.

2) Once you have installed the upgrade you will find that the push feature is available on your phone. You will need to push settings on the bottom of your screen. Once the screen loads you will need to scroll down to the push option and turn it on.

3) Once you change the option to on it will ask you how frequent you will like it to gather data. You can choose 10 minutes, 15 minutes, every hour or manually but you should choose 10 minutes to stay up to date.

4) Now go back to the home screen and push the mail button found at the bottom of the screen. You will need to enter all of your email account information and press save. The service will now check your email every 15 minutes and when you have a new email on any of your accounts it will display a red bubble with the number of new email messages. You can then scroll through your accounts and read your new emails.
