How to Apply for the Birmingham Design Review Board

Birmingham is calling for applicants for the Design Review Board. The board works with the City Commission, the historical district and other offices to make sure that improvements that are suggested for the city align with the long-term and short-term goals of Birmingham.

Anyone interested in applying for a board position should head over to the city clerk's office for an application. Once the application is completed, it will go before the City Commission for review. The strongest applicants will include people with architectural experience, attorneys, real estate workers and planners. Anyone may apply for the position.
