How to Make an Asian Baked Tilapia

Sabrina Favoriti
If you like fish this is a great recipe especially because it will add a lot of zesty flavor to your baked fish. This recipe can be done with tilapia but also with salmon depending on your preferences, and it takes less than half an hour to prepare and cook and this recipe makes four servings.

Ingredients:

How to 4 Filets of tilapia (or salmon) fresh
½ cup of Asian ginger vinaigrette
½ cup of Mayonnaise
1 cup of Japanese style bread crumbs (panko bread)
Foil

The first step is to heat the oven at 450 F. Degrees

Next mix the Asian ginger vinaigrette with the mayonnaise in a dish until they are well mixed.

Then place the filets of either tilapia or salmon (each filet is one portion) on a sheet pan lined with foil and spread the Asian ginger vinaigrette and mayonnaise mix over the fish. At this point sprinkle the bread crumbs on both sides of the fish filets

Put the fish (either the salmon or tilapia) in the oven and bake for ten minutes, and then it will be ready to serve immediately.
