How I Attracted the Norwegian Gem Using the Law of Attraction

In April 2010, I took a day trip with my husband and kids to the Intrepid Museum in New York City. That day the Norwegian Gem cruise ship was docked right next to the Intrepid and I was fascinated by the magic it exuded and dazzled by the beautiful gems that were painted on the side of the ship.

This is where my dream started. I had never been on a cruise and needed/wanted to go on one as soon as possible. After hearing about other people I know traveling on this same ship and having great experiences, I found a picture of the ship on the internet, printed it out and taped it up in my office next to my computer.

This forced me to visualize about my dream cruise ship vacation every day. In November 2010, my husband was suddenly downsized from his job that he had for 11 years, and talk of a cruise was not appropriate as well as not financially wise at the moment. But I never stopped thinking about it.

The first priority was for him to find another job. Luckily, he was diligent in his search and we were always confident in "The Secret" and "The Power". We knew that the Universe would talk care of us and that a better job would be his destiny.

During the holidays of 2010, I kept up hope that my dream of taking a cruise on Norwegian Gem would come true.

After a lot of networking, career counseling and believing in "The Secret" (we're both into the Law of Attraction), he was offered a job in mid-April and would start working on May 23^rd.

The cruise was going to happen! We still thought that we would travel on the Norwegian Gem since many friends spoke highly of it. In mid-May, I visited a cruise travel agent and she steered me to the ship Celebrity Summit, which sails from Bayonne, New Jersey to Bermuda.

She told me of the benefits of the Celebrity ship and figured out that it would cost the same fare to have an inside cabin on the Norwegian Gem as it would cost to have a balcony cabin on the Celebrity Summit. So we went with the Celebrity Summit.

I recently returned from my cruise and realized that the Law of Attraction truly works if you believe. It turns out that my ship was docked in the same port next to the Norwegian Gem while we were in Kings Wharf, Bermuda.

The day we sailed home, my ship passed the Norwegian Gem and we were close enough to it to take pictures of it and wave to the Gem passengers from our balcony.

Later on, I looked at the pictures in my camera and couldn't believe that I took the exact same picture of the Norwegian Gem that I had printed out from the internet and taped on my computer! I attracted the Norwegian Gem into my world and at the same time had an amazing vacation on the Celebrity Summit.

Pictures and thoughts really do become things and experiences. Thank you, "The Secret"!
