How to Get Audience Tickets to Popular Shows -Claim
Did You Know You Can See Shows for Free? Los Angeles to New York
How?
Attend a taping of a current TV Show, including game shows, talk shows, and sitcoms.
There are many different vendors giving away tickets, so you can be as choosey as you want. Some vendors hand out their tickets in person, on site.
However, if you have access to the internet you can pick and print your TV tickets from the privacy of your own home.
How Does It Work?
Get online. Once you are at the website you will see what tickets are available for which show. Pick the show you want, fill out the request form, and submit your request. The vendor will email you back with your confirmation, and you will print your ticket. Once you print your ticket, some vendors require you to call the night before the show to confirm your attendance.
What to Pick?
Most likely, there will be more than one taping for a particular show, so pick the timeslot that best suits your schedule. Tapings are usually done during the mornings and afternoons.
In addition, depending on what show you are requesting there will be an age requirement, so if you have a party of all ages, pick a family friendly show. Typically, babies are not allowed.
Also, different shows are taped at different studios, so if location is a factor make sure you pick a show that is taped at a studio nearest you. Popular shows that are currently available for tickets are: Deal, or No Deal, The Tonight Show, Bill Maher Live, Jeopardy, The Best Damn Sports Show, and Soap Talk.
If you have a large party, you can also request group tickets.
Pilot Season!
Get a chance to see a new television series before anyone else does.
How?
Visit a taping of a pilot show. Pilots are new shows for the upcoming season. This is a chance to see some of your favorite actors staring in new roles. Some new pilots include, "Flirt" starring, Wayne Brady, Thomas Cavanagh, in "My Ex Life", and Heather Locklear, in "Women of a Certain Age".
What to Expect?
If you have never attended a taping of a TV show, it's a fun experience. However, the taping does take longer than thirty minutes. In fact, a taping can take 3-4 hours. Therefore, do not show up if you cannot commit your time, because once you are inside the studio, you are in.
Also, note that the vendors print more tickets than there are seats, because they expect people not to show up. Therefore, show up early to the taping of the show to guarantee your spot. In addition, you will need to bring a drivers license, or some type of identification card.
Remember, the television industry is seasonal, therefore, certain tickets for certain shows are not going to be available all year round, so keep checking the websites, and plan ahead.
Enjoy the Show!
