How to Autofill Online Forms with Roboform Password Manager

Browsers like Firefox offer autofill form fill functions for password management and to auto fill form online. Roboform is a password manager that's also used to fill forms. One such fill form function is: "remember password." However, this form filler operation does not have any form management options for multiple passwords. In addition to this inconvenience, it is not recommended to use the "remember password" option for obvious security reasons.

If you want to automatically fill in online forms, it is recommended that you use RoboForm. RoboForm is an automated password manager that can save passwords from various login pages, fill out long online forms, backup passwords, encrypt passwords, and automatically login to online accounts. This tutorial will walk you through the process of automatically filling online forms using RoboForm.

1. The first thing you need to do is open your preferred web browser and go to http://www.roboform-fans.com/download-roboform. Once you have accessed the site, select the link lablled Download Roboform.

2. Once you have saved the installation file on your computer, open it and follow the step-by-step instructions to complete the installation. Once the installation process is complete, you should see a new set of icons on your Firefox and Internet Explorer toolbars.

3. Now you need to create a profile on RoboForm. To do this, go to the newly created Roboform toolbar and click Setup Form Filling. This will setup your Identity. The information you provide here will be used to fill forms with one click. You will be asked for basic information such as your name, title, job title, phone number, address, date of birth, and country. Simply go through the tabs and enter the corresponding information in the appropriate fields.

4. After filling out the required information, click the Save & Close button. You have just created a new identity for RoboForm.

5. To automatically fill out forms, go to any online registration form or e-commerce checkout form and click on your identity on the RoboForm toolbar. RoboForm will then fill out the form automatically. If you are filling out sensitive forms such as bank information or credit card numbers, RoboForm will warn you.

Tips: To set up a form manager on Mozilla Firefox, click the Tools button located near the top of the screen and select Form Manager and then Edit Form Info in the dropdown menu that appears. After that, fill in the corresponding information on the window that appears. Whenever you visit a web page that requires a form, simply go back to the Form Manager and click OK when the form details appear.
